MAXHUB, a leader in collaborative communication and interactive display technology, has showcased how its partnerships with major industry players are shaping the future of workplace collaboration. A white paper, launched in partnership with Intel, highlights the growing need for seamless, frictionless environments that allow businesses to collaborate effectively. To address this demand, MAXHUB continues to work closely with technology giants such as Intel and Microsoft, focusing on innovative solutions that deliver more cost-effective, stable communications for organisations worldwide.

The joint report emphasises the increasing trend towards remote and hybrid working models. Ben Cope, Principal Engineer of HEC Technologies at Intel, stated: “By 2023, 70% of organisations globally plan to adopt remote or hybrid work as their main mode. In the United States, while 85% of remote meetings are held in small to medium-sized rooms, only 7.8% of these spaces are equipped for video conferencing. Deploying solutions in these rooms is crucial for improving overall collaboration.”

MAXHUB has integrated Intel’s advanced technology into its products to meet these emerging needs. The latest 12th-generation Intel® Core™ processor powers MAXHUB’s XT Series (Pro), providing robust performance in rendering, computation, video encoding, and other key areas. This ensures a consistently smooth experience during long, high-stakes meetings where teams must collaborate to make critical decisions, solve engineering challenges, or brainstorm new ideas.

Ben Cope emphasised the strength of this collaboration: “The partnership between MAXHUB and Intel demonstrates a shared commitment to driving innovation in the meeting collaboration space. As an Intel Titanium partner, MAXHUB is working with us to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of organisations.”

MAXHUB is also working closely with Microsoft to deliver an enhanced Microsoft Teams experience. The MAXHUB XT Series for Microsoft Teams Rooms provides a comprehensive product range tailored for various meeting room sizes, from focus rooms to larger spaces. The inclusion of Microsoft Azure Cloud and AI technology ensures that these systems offer seamless, secure collaboration.

Darren Lin, Vice General Manager of MAXHUB Global Business, described the XT Series as the perfect solution for upgrading “bring your own device” (BYOD) meeting spaces. “With console kits, UC peripherals, and advanced displays, MAXHUB’s bundles cover a range of room sizes and provide cost-effective, practical solutions. Our partnership with Microsoft ensures an unparalleled Teams experience, making remote collaboration easier and more secure than ever.”

MAXHUB’s commitment to optimising its solutions extends beyond its partnerships with Intel and Microsoft. At events such as London Tech Week and Infocomm US, MAXHUB teamed up with leading technology firms like Extron, Nureva, and Sennheiser to showcase state-of-the-art AV and conferencing systems. These collaborations enable smooth integration of features such as enhanced audio quality, advanced video functionality, and automated room management systems.

Looking ahead to 2024, MAXHUB plans to expand its partnership ecosystem further, offering a broader range of products to meet the evolving needs of businesses and educational institutions.
