A groundbreaking collaboration between Minsky Academy, Right Brain Thinking International (RBT), and KATLAS Technology Group has been launched to address the growing demand for advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity training. The initiative was formalised with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at Plexal at Here East in London.
The partnership aims to combine the strengths of the three organisations to deliver innovative AI and cybersecurity solutions, training programmes, and consulting services. This move aligns with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s recent commitment to advancing AI infrastructure and promoting responsible AI usage, as outlined in the government’s ambitious AI strategy.
Kamal Bechkoum, Chairman of Minsky Academy, commended the government’s focus on AI development, noting that investment in physical infrastructure, such as supercomputers and data centres, is crucial for progress. He highlighted the need for a coordinated national strategy to ensure equitable and responsible AI practices, saying, “Minsky Academy is committed to ensuring that no one is left behind in this digital revolution.”
The MoU outlines three key areas of focus:
- AI and Cybersecurity Training: Minsky Academy will lead the effort to upskill professionals across the UK and the Middle East, drawing on its industry expertise.
- Innovative Solutions: KATLAS Technology Group will leverage Web3 technologies and advanced AI tools to create impactful, client-focused solutions.
- Marketing and Outreach: Right Brain Thinking International will ensure the partnership employs ethical and inclusive strategies to meet the growing global demand for AI and cybersecurity solutions.
This partnership is designed to foster a skilled workforce capable of navigating the rapidly evolving digital landscape. It also addresses critical gaps in the adoption of AI and cybersecurity, helping organisations integrate these technologies responsibly and strategically.
Mij Raja, CEO of RBT International, described the collaboration as a transformative step towards empowering organisations globally. He emphasised the partnership’s focus on addressing challenges such as algorithmic accountability and AI ethics, saying, “Our aim is to provide tools that improve efficiency while aligning with ethical standards and empowering the workforce.”
Edward Cole, CEO of KATLAS Technology Group, highlighted the initiative’s role in bridging the gap between advanced technologies and real-world applications. He said, “This partnership equips professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate AI responsibly. It’s about fostering innovation while addressing digital inequality and operational challenges.”
The collaboration also aligns with broader international goals, such as Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which prioritises technological innovation and workforce development.
With the AI sector expected to grow to £2.4 trillion by 2027, the partnership reflects the increasing need for collaboration between government, education, and the private sector. By combining expertise in education, technology, and strategic thinking, Minsky Academy, RBT International, and KATLAS Technology Group are paving the way for sustainable and inclusive growth in the age of AI.
