Global AI experts will gather in Berlin this spring to discuss the transformative impact of Agentic AI on businesses and customer interactions. The 10th edition of Chatbot Summit will take place at The Ritz-Carlton from 31 March to 1 April 2025, bringing together industry leaders to explore the challenges and opportunities presented by advanced AI technologies.
Under the theme Mastering Agentic AI Together, the event will examine how businesses can effectively deploy AI-driven agents to enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and boost efficiency. Organisers say the event is timely as enterprises increasingly look to integrate AI into their operations but struggle with implementation, governance, and return on investment.
Summit founder and chairman Yoav Barel said: “We are at a turning point. Businesses are striving to master Agentic AI, leveraging advanced LLMs to transform customer engagement, streamline workflows, and drive business efficiency. However, many business leaders still struggle to find the right use case, demonstrate clear ROI, and implement the right governance structures. Additionally, technical leaders often lack the specific expertise needed to design and build multi-agent systems in a reliable and cost-effective way. These are some of the challenges we will tackle together in Berlin.”
The event will feature a range of interactive sessions, including MasterClasses, hands-on workshops, and TED-style keynotes from experts across various industries. Speakers include Francesca Rossi, IBM Fellow and AI Ethics Global Leader at IBM; James Liu, Head of MB.OS Customer Experience at Mercedes-Benz; Christian Hohmann, Head of AI-Assistants & Tech at Henkel; and Thomas Neumann, Global Lead on Conversational AI at Vodafone Group.
Other industry leaders from companies such as Bayer, N26, Zalando, and ON AG will also participate, sharing their insights on AI’s role in business transformation.
The two-day summit will begin with an exclusive workshop day on 31 March, followed by an evening networking reception. The main conference and expo will take place on 1 April, featuring discussions, product showcases, and 1:1 business meetings.
Barel emphasised the significance of this year’s event, stating: “Since our foundation, we’ve eagerly anticipated this moment. With the rise of Agentic AI, the inevitability of deploying AI agents alongside humans is clear. However, many businesses have yet to truly embrace this shift. Chatbot Summit aims to foster collaboration, bridge this gap, and accelerate adoption in a reliable way aligned with human values.”
Organisers expect strong attendance as AI adoption continues to accelerate across industries. The event will provide a platform for business leaders and AI experts to share knowledge, address challenges, and explore strategies for responsible AI deployment.
