Women’s business collective AllBright has announced that its assets have been acquired by a company backed by Cain International, in a move designed to support the long-term expansion of its networking and professional development platform. Cain International remains the principal shareholder and has reaffirmed its commitment to the management team and the organisation’s strategic direction.
The acquisition signals a shift in AllBright’s operational model, placing greater emphasis on learning, networking, and curated events. The organisation aims to enhance opportunities for professional women by expanding its membership experience while strengthening its community-focused initiatives.
New Co-Hosted Residence in Farringdon
As part of its transformation, AllBright has launched its first co-hosted residence at Old Sessions House in Farringdon. The Grade II-listed building has been refurbished to provide a range of amenities tailored to professional women, including co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a café, phone booths, a rooftop pool, and a bar area.
The move marks a departure from AllBright’s traditional private clubhouse format, with the closure of its Mayfair townhouse. The organisation has said that the shift to a co-hosted flexible model will allow it to allocate resources more effectively, ensuring an improved experience for its members.
Strengthening Its Mission
Speaking on the acquisition, AllBright CEO Viviane Paxinos described the development as a major milestone in the company’s evolution.
“AllBright has always been driven by a clear mission—to empower women and support business growth—and this next chapter marks an exciting evolution of that vision,” she said. “With the backing of Cain International, we are strengthening our long-term strategy, deepening our focus on learning, networking, and events, and expanding opportunities for our community. The launch of our first co-hosted residence at Old Sessions House is a key milestone, providing a vibrant and inspiring space for our members to connect and thrive.”
Exclusive Women-Only Lounge to Open in March
Further expanding its offering, AllBright has announced plans to open a permanent AllBright Lounge within Old Sessions House in March, coinciding with Women’s History Month. The women-only space will provide an exclusive environment for collaboration and career development.
The Lounge will host networking events, co-working sessions, and industry meet-ups, reinforcing AllBright’s commitment to fostering professional connections. The initiative is expected to attract a diverse range of professionals and entrepreneurs looking to enhance their business networks.
Corporate Engagement and Growth
Beyond its individual membership services, AllBright continues to develop its corporate arm, AllBright Alliance. The programme partners with major global brands, including Fortune 500 companies, to provide professional development, leadership training, and inclusive workplace initiatives.
With its expanded focus on learning and community-building, AllBright aims to reinforce its position as a leading platform for women in business. The acquisition and strategic shift are expected to pave the way for further growth, with the organisation set to unveil more initiatives in the coming months.
