The 19th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service have recognised outstanding achievements across various industries, with winners announced ahead of a gala banquet scheduled for 10 April at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
Global Participation and Evaluation
This year’s competition attracted over 2,100 nominations from organisations of all sizes, spanning 45 nations and territories. Entries were meticulously evaluated by more than 170 professionals worldwide, organised into seven specialised juries. The categories encompassed a broad spectrum, including Customer Service Department of the Year, Contact Centre of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Sales Department of the Year.

DP DHL emerged as the top winner, securing 39 Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Awards. Other notable organisations with six or more awards include:

Special Categories and Future Competitions
The Sales Partnerships Ethics in Sales Award, recognising organisations for exemplary ethical standards in the sales industry, will be announced in early April, with nominations open until 21 March. Additionally, five Grand Stevie Award trophies, honouring the most recognised organisations in the competition, will be revealed during the week of 17 March.
